Deck Case Builder

We currently offer four free stencils for download. Each one is designed to match the physical dimensions of common beverage packaging and is categorized by size and whether your decks are double sleeved or not. Here are the four stencils:

But why those names? Great question! Since we don’t offer stencils for packaging smaller than 20-can cases, we named them after the most popular option: 24-can cases. Because 24-can cases of pop are sized differently than 24-can cases of beer, they each needed their own stencil. And since double sleeved (DS) decks are 4 mm thicker and don’t fit in the smaller NSSS (non-sleeved and single sleeved) cases, we created separate versions for those too.

As you’ll see on the stencils themselves:

Both 24Pop stencils can also be used with 30 and 36 can beer cases.
Both 24Beer stencils work with 20 can pop cases.

Currently, those are your only options.

Our research suggests that most major pop and beer brands use consistent packaging sizes for these formats, so finding the right packaging for your project shouldn’t be a problem. If you’re ever unsure, the exact dimensions are printed on each stencil.

Your download includes all the instruction manuals you’ll need to gather supplies, create your first stencil, and build your first deck case. We also have how-to videos on YouTube—just search our company name or click the YouTube icon at the top of our homepage.
